STUDENT PERFORMERS

You have been invited to perform in the upcoming Aletheia Legacy Celebration Gala. Your presence is a testimony to our ministry of create, engage, and inspire. We thank you for joining us in Louisville, May 8th. All the information that you will need for the upcoming gala will be in the information below. You must submit a final confirmation below for your seat at the event. This submission is only for you and not family or friends (there is a separate reservation for that here.) There are limited tables open but general admission in the balcony is open to all. All student performers will receive a boxed meal during the dinner portion.

Student Performances

There are three types of performance for students at the event.

Group Sketch (Character costume)

Solo Acts (Communicated with the director)

Closing Worship (Gala Attire)

Dress Attire

This is a formal event and you are encouraged to dress up.

We do request no jeans, no untucked shirts, modest dress below the knee, & no sneakers.

Seating

All students are asked to sit at their reserved student table unless they are included at a sponsored table. Students may sit in the balcony with general admission AFTER their performance.

Rehearsal

Rehearsal will begin at 6:30 pm on Thursday at Valley View Church. Rehearsal is required for all of those participating in the performance section of the gala. Performers in the opening sketch will need to bring their costumes. Solo performers need a picture confirmation of their outfit prior to rehearsal sent to info@aletheialegacy.com.

Closing Worship

All of the students are invited (not required) to participate in the closing worship song led by Pastor Steven Peck. The song is Highlands by Benjamin William Hastings. This is not a solo act but corporate worship.
